What is Divorce Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary, flexible, non-adversarial, private and confidential process for resolving your divorce or other family issues with the help of a neutral facilitator who will assist you in reaching an agreement. The divorce mediator is not a judge or arbitrator, and cannot force anyone to do anything, but will use his experience and training to help you reach an amicable agreement. Any agreement which is reached must be acceptable to both parties. You and your spouse retain complete control over your divorce or other family matters and can be far more creative than the courts in designing an amicable and cost-effective solution that works for your family. The entire tone of mediation is one of working together to reach a solution rather than trying to discredit or destroy the other party. There is usually great power in the negotiation and discussion by both parties together in a neutral setting.

If you are considering divorce mediation, you and your spouse should jointly interview the proposed mediator, to be sure you both feel comfortable, not only with the mediator, but with the mediation process. That is the time to ask all of your questions about divorce mediation, your mediator’s qualifications, costs, and the pros and cons of mediation in your situation.

Call Peter @ 1-860-Divorce or 1-860-348-6723 for further information.

Without a mediator no divorce could be successful. Divorce is one of the bitter and painful transition that most married couples undergo today. Although it is hard to explain the alarming increase in such cases, it is very important to know the best way to deal with it. As it is, couples resolve to divorce after exhausting all means of staying together.

Divorce mediation is something which really has the capabilities to help people settle on equal ground. It is completely voluntary, but it can prove so helpful to a potential divorce, and I recommend it to anyone who is in the process.

If you have children, the mediators help you design a parenting plan that works for your family. You have time to try out different parenting plans, before you sign an agreement.

This is actually pretty good, specially to those who can't personally attend the hearing due to different reasons. Now the question is, how much will it cost? As much as a custom essay, or an arm and a leg?
